You can access the promotions page by navigating to Menu > Promotions. From there, you can click the + button to create a new one. When you create a promotion, you can choose from a list of templates or start from scratch.

Name: The name of the promotion, visible to your customers.
Enabled: Toggles the promotion on or off.
From and To: Sets the start and end dates for the promotion's active period.
Promo Type: The type of promotion you are creating.
Promo Message: When enabled, this message will be shown to users. You can set a title, body text, and an image. This message will appear in the web catalog instead of the WhatsApp flow if you are using one.
