This article explains how to set up a "Claim Free Product" promotion. Unlike the "Add Free Product" type, this promotion requires the customer to manually add a specific product to their cart to receive it for free.

Configuration

After selecting the "Claim Free Product" promotion type, you can configure the following:

• Available to order on: Select the days when the promotion is active.

• Available to order for: Choose the days when the order must be scheduled for pickup or delivery to qualify for the promotion.

• Select Product: Choose the product that customers can claim for free as part of this promotion.

Note: The product you select will automatically have its price set to $0 when the customer adds it to an order during the promotional period.
