The import and export feature allows you to efficiently manage your products in bulk. You can access these options by navigating to Menu > Products and looking at the top of the page.

Important Note

Warning: The import and export feature does not currently support complex products. Product configurations, such as linked extras, are not included in the export and will not be imported.

Import/Export Buttons

• Template: Downloads an empty spreadsheet with the correct columns and formatting. Use this as a starting point to create your product list for import.

• Import: Paste the content of your product sheet here to upload it. You have the option to import products into the current shop only, a selected list of shops, or all shops.

  • Import Rules:

    • Product names and descriptions cannot contain line breaks.

    • Category names must be unique within your product sheet.

• Export: Creates a spreadsheet of your current products and downloads it. You can use this file as a backup or to make bulk edits before re-importing.
