The Final Round feature allows you to sell specific products during dedicated time slots, often used to sell end-of-day stock. This feature can be configured by navigating to the Final Round section of your dashboard.
The first section provides key metrics to track the performance of your Final Round campaigns. Currently, you can view the following three data points:
Subscribers: The number of clients who have opted in to receive outbound messages about Final Round campaigns.
Orders: The total number of orders received through Final Round.
Order Amount: The total revenue generated from Final Round orders.
The Final Round Message: This is a customizable message that appears below the product catalog when using the WhatsApp catalog. You can personalize this message by clicking the variable button to insert the client's name at your cursor's position.
This section defines the designated days and times when clients can pick up their Final Round orders.
Click the Edit button for a specific day to activate or deactivate it.
Set the Pickup Day and Hours for the Final Round orders.
Auto-Incrementing Example: If you set the pickup for Wednesday, October 15th, from 17:00 until 18:00, the system will automatically increment the date by seven days once that day has passed, ensuring the schedule is ready for the following week.
The final section is where you manage the products included in your Final Round catalog.
Product Selection: Mark products as Activated to include them in the Final Round.
Visibility Note: Once a product is marked as activated for Final Round, it will no longer be available in your regular product catalog.
Stock Management: Here, you can view the stock reset settings and manually edit the current stock amount for these products before you start your Final Round campaign.
