This article explains how to configure your business hours, order windows, and holidays. These settings are crucial for defining when customers can place orders for pickup and delivery.

Last Possible Order Time: Sets the cutoff time for placing an order on a given day. For example, if set to 17:00 on Monday, any orders placed after this time will default to the next available day (e.g., Tuesday or Wednesday, depending on your "same day" settings).
Minimum Days in Advance: This defines the minimum lead time required to place an order for a specific day. For example, if you set the value to 3 for Friday, a customer must place their order no later than Tuesday at the "Last Possible Order Time."
Pickup: Enable this option to offer pickup on a given day. You can:
Add up to two distinct time slots for pickup.
(Optional) Divide these slots into 15, 30, 45, or 60-minute intervals.
Set a maximum number of orders per time slot.
Delivery: These settings function exactly the same as the Pickup options.
These are your general business or opening hours. They are for display purposes only and do not affect the order logic. They are typically shown on public-facing pages, such as your landing page.
Use this calendar to mark specific days as holidays. When a day is marked as a holiday, customers will be unable to place orders for that date.
