This article explains all the configurable options for your customers' ordering experience. You can access these settings by navigating to Menu > Shop Settings > Client Journey.
Allowed Payment Options: Select which payment methods your clients can use to complete their orders.
Order Comments: Enable this option to allow customers to leave a note or comment with their order. These notes will be visible in the order details.
Pickup and Same Day Pickup:
Pickup: Toggle this option to allow customers to pick up their orders at your location.
Same Day Pickup: Enable this to allow customers to place orders for pickup on the same day.
Delivery and Same Day Delivery:
Email for Delivery: If enabled, customers must provide an email address to complete an order that includes delivery.
Cities for Delivery: If delivery is enabled, you must provide a list of cities where you offer delivery services. If you ship packages and do not require a city list, please contact our support team for assistance.
Delivery Fees: Configure the fees for delivery here.
Base Fee: The standard delivery charge.
Lowered Delivery Fee: Set a reduced delivery fee that applies when the order total is above a specified amount.
Free Delivery: Set a minimum order amount to qualify for free delivery.
Minimum Order Amount: Define the minimum total amount required for an order to be eligible for delivery.
