- Orderlemon platform — Support chat, built in. Reach support from the "Ask Limoncello" card on your dashboard or from the side menu, without leaving OrderLemon. The chat is also available on the login page, so you can get help even when you cannot sign in.
- Orderlemon platform — Order labels. Create your own labels and assign them to orders. Labels appear under each order on the dashboard and in the order list, you can filter the list by label, and they are included as their own column in the spreadsheet export.
- Orderlemon platform — Credit notes are now appear alongside your invoices.
- Orderlemon platform — Keep your stock when importing products. Product import can now leave your existing stock levels alone instead of overwriting them, and warns you before an import that would cause problems.
- Orderlemon platform — See what synced and what failed. The sync menu now shows stock and error states per shop, so you can tell at a glance whether a sync actually went through.
- Orderlemon platform — VAT totals on order emails. Order notification emails now show VAT totals.
- Webcatalog — Age check for age-restricted orders. Customers are asked to confirm they are of legal age before completing an order that needs it, in every supported language.
- Webcatalog — Customers see what was removed from their cart, and why. When something in a cart is no longer available, it is now shown with the reason instead of quietly disappearing, and the customer can clear it themselves.
- Webcatalog — Delivery and pickup details while ordering. A logistics overview now sits in the cart, so customers can see their delivery or pickup information without going back a step.
- Webcatalog — Logistics up to 30 days ahead. Customers can now schedule an order up to thirty days in advance, up from the previous limit.
- Webcatalog — Clear message when a payment cannot start. If a payment cannot be started, customers now get an explanation instead of a page that appears to do nothing.
- Orderlemon platform — Product import no longer resets your stock by mistake. An import could clear stock levels that should have been left untouched.
- Orderlemon platform — Order overview no longer gets stuck loading. The order overview could hang on its loading state and never finish.
- Orderlemon platform — Business TIN shows on the order. The business tax number was missing from the order detail view for business orders.
- Orderlemon platform — Happy hour times save correctly. Changes to happy hour times could fail to save.
- Webcatalog — Changing logistics no longer empties customer carts. Changing logistics used to drop items from carts that were perfectly valid. Only genuinely unavailable items are removed now.
- Webcatalog — Add to cart is no longer greyed out. Products with no required options could not be added, because the button stayed disabled.
- Webcatalog — Out-of-stock and optional toppings behave correctly. Out-of-stock toppings no longer offer a plus button, minimum and maximum choices are enforced properly, optional toppings can be added again, and toppings without a picture now display.
- Webcatalog — Mix & match picks the cheapest combination. When paid toppings were involved, mix & match could charge more than it should. Bundle, free-product and percentage discounts are now all calculated from the displayed total, so the amounts match what the customer sees.
- Webcatalog — Sold-out catalogs and campaign slots. A sold-out catalog now sends customers somewhere sensible instead of a dead end, campaign time slots show the right availability, and expired campaigns no longer linger.
- Webcatalog — Addresses with apartment numbers are accepted. Valid addresses containing an apartment or unit number were being rejected at checkout.
- Webcatalog — No more "Invalid Date" in the cart. The delivery and pickup bar could show "Invalid Date" instead of the real time.
- Webcatalog — Correct price on removed items. Items removed from a cart could display the wrong price.
- Webcatalog — Smaller ordering-page fixes. Catalog images are centred, a checkout edge case that could block an order is resolved, and an empty delivery field no longer causes a problem for Turkish shops.
- Orderlemon platform — Support moved from WhatsApp to in-app chat. The WhatsApp links have been replaced by the built-in support chat throughout.
- Webcatalog — Your catalog now updates every hour. Catalog changes used to be picked up once a day. They now refresh hourly, so edits reach your customers far sooner.
- Webcatalog — Unavailable items are removed from carts automatically. If you disable a product or category, or a sale price changes or expires, the affected items are taken out of customers' carts and the customer is told why. This is deliberate; it prevents orders for things you can no longer make.
- Webcatalog — Pickup orders ask for a first and last name. Both name fields are now required on pickup, so you know who is collecting.
- Orderlemon platform — Old payment buttons and payment links. The previous generation of payment button and payment link blocks has been removed, along with a set of unused webhooks.
- Orderlemon platform — WhatsApp support links. Replaced by the in-app support chat described above.
