This article explains the information and actions available on the order detail page. To view the details of any order, simply click on it from the orders list.
At the top of the page, you will find key information about the order:
Order Number: The unique identifier for the transaction.
Pickup/Delivery Details: Information regarding the scheduled pickup or delivery moment and the delivery address.
Customer Information: Details about the customer who placed the order and the time the order was placed.
Below the general information, a list of all items included in the order is displayed.
At the bottom of the page, you can view the current status of the order. You can also use the action buttons to update the status. Once an order is marked as Done or Delivered, it will be removed from the active orders list on your dashboard's Home page.
The payment status is displayed at the bottom of the order details. If an order has not been paid for yet, you have the option to manually mark it as Paid.
