This article explains how to request a WhatsApp outbound message to engage with your customers. You can manage your requests and make new ones in the Send a message section at the bottom of the Promotions page `menu->promotions`.
In the Send a message section, you can view your pending and past message requests. To calculate a new message cost, click the Calculate button to open the configuration menu.
View Client Data: At the top of the menu, you will see two figures: the total number of clients in your shop and the number of clients eligible to receive messages. The latter excludes clients who have opted out.
Compose Your Message: Configure the content of your message. You can include:
An image
Body text
A button with a specific Call-to-Action (CTA) text
Schedule the Message: Select the date and time for the message to be sent. All outbound message requests must be submitted at least one week in advance to allow for preparation, planning and approval of the message from Whatsapp.
Before requesting the message, you can calculate the cost by applying specific filters to your audience. You can add one or both of the following filters:
Minimum Orders: Target clients who have made at least a minimum number of orders.
Minimum Days Since Last Order: Target clients who have not placed an order within a specified number of days (e.g., 10 days).
You can also choose to calculate the message cost for all of your shops at once.
To complete your request, you must read and check the disclaimer box. This acknowledges that the final number of messages sent may differ from the initial calculation, as the client base can change between the time of your request and the actual send date.
