# Import/export

The import and export feature allows you to efficiently manage your products in bulk. You can access these options by navigating to **Menu > Products** and looking at the top of the page.

##### **Important Note**

> **Warning:** The import and export feature does not currently support complex products. Product configurations, such as linked extras, are not included in the export and will not be imported.

##### **Import/Export Buttons**

- **Template:** Downloads an empty spreadsheet with the correct columns and formatting. Use this as a starting point to create your product list for import.
- **Import:** Paste the content of your product sheet here to upload it. You have the option to import products into the **current shop only**, a **selected list of shops**, or **all shops**.

  - **Import Rules:**

    - Product names and descriptions cannot contain line breaks.
    - Category names must be unique within your product sheet.
- **Export:** Creates a spreadsheet of your current products and downloads it. You can use this file as a backup or to make bulk edits before re-importing.

- #### Column Info

**OrderLemon ID (required)**A sequential number that identifies each product. Number the first product 1 and continue with 2, 3, 4 and so on.

**Reference (optional)**An internal reference for the product. Customers don't see it. Maximum 14 characters

**Name**(required)The product name, as shown to the customer.

**Description (required)**A description of the product, shown to the customer.
Must not be written entirely in capital letters.
Must not contain line breaks.

**Photo URL (optional)**A link to the product image. The link must be publicly accessible. Links to private or internal storage, such as Google Photos or Google Drive, will not work.

**Price including VAT (required)**The total price the customer pays for the product, VAT included.

**Tax rate (required)**The VAT percentage that applies to the product. Must not contain a decimal (e.g. 21 not 21,0 or 21.5).

**Category**(required)The category the product is grouped under in the shop. Maximum 20 characters.

**Category ID**(required)The ID linked to the category. All products in the same category must have the same category ID.

**Stock**(optional)The product's available stock quantity. If the product doesn't track stock, enter 0. You can change this later in myshop.

**In Stock**(required)Turns stock tracking on or off for the product. This can also be changed in myshop if needed
0: stock tracking off
1: stock tracking on

**Enabled**(required)Sets whether the product is active right after import. (The category must also be enabled for the products inside the category to appear)
0: disabled on import
1: enabled on import

**Top 30**(required)Used for WhatsApp catalogues.
0: the product does not appear in the WhatsApp catalogue the customer receives
1: the product appears in the first catalogue the customer receives.

For web catalogues, leave this at 0.

**Campaign identification**(required)The ID of the promotion or campaign the product belongs to. This is mostly used for shops that have already done a first import and have campaigns set up with products.

**Available on [day]**(required)Sets whether the product can be ordered on a given day. There is one field per day.
0: unavailable. The customer can't see or order the product when choosing that day for pickup or delivery.
1: available. The customer can see and order the product when choosing that day for pickup or delivery.

**Discounted price including VAT (optional)**The discounted price of the product, VAT included. After import, set the dates for the discount on the product page in myshop.
