##### **User Types and Roles**

This article provides an overview of the different user types and their corresponding permissions within the system.

##### **User Accounts**

Each user account is unique and tied to a single WhatsApp number, which also serves as the login credential for the dashboard. User accounts are created at the company level, meaning a user belongs to a specific company rather than an individual shop.

##### **User Roles**

The system supports two primary user roles, each with distinct access and capabilities:

- **Admin:** Admin users have full access to a company's data and settings. They can view and modify all aspects of the company and its associated shops.
- **Non-Admin:** Non-admin users have a limited view of the system. Their access and permissions are highly customizable and can be configured on an individual basis by an Admin user.
